	Kevin Flanagan President Kevin has more than 25 years experience in the pharmaceutical packaging components and contract packaging industry. He was the founder of National Packaging Systems, Inc. in Allentown, PA, a company specializing in the design, packaging and distribution of clinical trial supplies. The company was acquired by the drug development outsource company Covance (NYSE:CVD). Prior to National Packaging Systems he was with Packaging Coordinators Inc. a leading pharmaceutical industry contract packager in Philadelphia. After leaving Covance, Kevin served as Managing Partner of Research Trials, LLC, a seed-stage investment company focused on healthcare sector companies. He is a recipient of both the Ben Franklin Technology Center Innovation Award for Entrepreneurial Achievement and the Greater Philadelphia Venture Group Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He is a graduate of Villanova University.

	Tony Fenno Chief Operating Officer Prior to founding Compass Pharma Services, Tony was President & CEO of Dimco Gray Inc. (Dayton, OH), a privately held manufacturer of precision timing equipment and specialty fastening technologies. Tony also worked as managing director of James Annalee LLC (Cincinnati, OH) , a private equity firm, and vice president/general manager of Kerr Group (Lancaster, Pa.), a manufacturer of blow molded and injection molded products for pharmaceutical and medical device applications. Tony also held senior management positions at AL Group, a packaging materials company and Warner-Lambert Company, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer. Tony received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Marshall University, and an MBA degree from the University of Cincinnati.

	Joe Duffey Chief Financial Officer Prior to founding Compass Pharma Services, Joe was CEO of Gel Med Sciences, Inc. (Philadelphia, Pa.), a start-up company developing new pharmaceutical products based on novel platform drug delivery technologies. Prior to GelMed, Joe was the founding CEO of Renaissance Medical Management Company (RMMC), a network of more than 400 physicians serving 80,000 patients in a global risk sharing contract. In 1991, Joe founded Compass Management Partners (CMP), a private equity firm focused on early-stage businesses. Joe received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School. Joe serves as a partner with Brooke Private Equity Partners (Boston, MA) and is a volunteer board member of The Presbyterian Foundation for Philadelphia / New Courtland Elder Services.
