When working with Compass Pharma Services, you’ll have a dedicated account executive who carefully documents your requirements.  Our engineering/ packaging development group will detail product and project requirements with CAD drawings and, if needed, physical samples of your finished package. 

Your dedicated project representative then coordinates all Compass Pharma resources to ensure quick turnaround of your quote.  When you order, that same project representative will be your contact throughout your job.  Our account reps are cross-trained in all production disciplines and empowered by company management to become the team leader to achieve your objectives. We pride ourselves on offering customers one-stop, one-call access to all critical project information.

Pre-Production

• Compass begins engineering and design evaluation
• Compass begins to procure and marshal components & materials
• Compass creates a Master Batch Record (Packaging Instructions)

Production

• Compass assigns a production coordinator dedicated to your job
• Production planning
• Quality monitoring/data collection/reporting

Release & Delivery

• Close-out job: reconcile product & components
• Submit MBR to quality group for batch record reconciliation
• Creation of Certificates of Compliance
• Shipping & delivery
